The Col. Richard Somers Chapter, New Jersey Society, Sons of the American Revolution is comprised predominantly of revolutionary descendants living in Atlantic and Cape May counties, New Jersey. The organization works closely with the Somers Mansion in Somers Point, New Jersey and helps to maintain the Chestnut Neck Historic Area.
