The Kosciuszko Foundation is an American Center for Polish culture. It awards grants, sponsors exchange scholars, coordinates trips to Poland, offers lectures, exhibits and concerts including the Chamber Music Series and the Chopin Piano Competition. The foundation produces a fund-raising ball every year, summer studies in language and culture in Poland, and domestic scholarships in graduate studies for Polish Americans and Americans involved in Polish studies. They have an active scholarship program. There are chapters of the foundation nationally in Chicago, Denver, Houston, New England, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Western New York.
