New Jersey Adoption Resource Clearing House (NJARCH) is operated by Children's Aid and Family Services, Inc. NJARCH provides adoption advocacy, support, education, information and referral services to birth parents, adoptive and pre-adoptive families throughout New Jersey, as well as to families interested in adopting children and to professionals, family and community members interested in adoption issues. The Warm Line (877) 427-2465 provides information, referrals and an empathetic ear related to adoption issues. The line is open during normal business hours and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and all day Saturday. Services include: Adoption support groups, buddy system, lending library, resource directory, warm line, and resources for special needs.
